With a slimmer profile and a dramatic bronze finish, the Nextel i830 looks very different from most Nextel phones, but packs the same walkietalkie feature officially named PushtoTalk, or PTT that makes these phones popular with business users. Youll either love or hate the metallic coppertone case, but for us it is a welcome break from the generic silver or gray phones that everyone seems to have. A silver version is also available, for the more timid. Although by no means ultralight, the i830 weighs just 3.6 ounces and measures 3.3 by 1.8 by 0.8 inches, making it the lightest Nextel phone on the market.
